MUST: be a member on our free communication
site for WINGS
MUST: be willing to offer women the opportunity
to be on the free WINGS site
MUST: have your own web page or be considering
one in the near future
MUST: have "Mentoring" and "Networking"
skills
MUST: see the value and benefit of supporting
women in business
MUST: be able to allow a business women
her own struggles, and not rescue
MUST: realize the importance of relationship
marketing
MUST: realize importance of being proactive
in business education
MUST: work well as a team player
MUST: have an assistant
to work along with you in nurturing your chapter
MUST: report to the
head office every six months
MUST: not allow a competitive spirit that
stifles growth in your chapter
MUST: be willing to follow the WINGS format
and direction
MUST: be able to work together with local
women's groups Chamber's etc.
MUST: be willing to pay $100.00 if approved
to apply for a chapter
MUST: be willing to pay $10 and report your
activity every six months
MUST: let us know the community that your
chapter will be in
MUST: ask if you have any unanswered questions
about starting a chapter
MUST: realize you can terminate your chapter
at any time
MUST: if you terminate your chapter your
assistant will have the first option to take over
